how do you make homemade freshwater fishing lures?

We are both fishing together at a very scenic location. About your lure question you just need to find metal scraps, feathers, paint, and etc. The hard part would be cutting it then everything else you can tie on, glue, and paint. Just try to mimic a lure from the store.Plastic can work , but not as well as metal. Panther Martin is my favorite for Trout.

My favorite lure, is actually a spinner, mepps aglia, other than that i fly fish.
in lure making, there are a number of factors to think about, like
top water
sinking
suspending
wood
plastic
jigs
spinner bait
what fish you plan on targeting, has a lot to do with lure design
