2. What is the best Artificial Bait to use in a reservoir for largemouh and smallmouth.

3. What is the best artificial bait to use for Small and largemouth Bass in the spring and Fall?

4. What is the best artificial bait to use in a deep water sand quarry?

Q1.
When visibility is poor, light will be minimise to a degree whereby certain colour will not behave as usual.Usually when the water is murky, anything that is darker in colour will have more advantage. The fish will see two tones, the water and anything darker than the water.
Q2.
To find out what to use as the best artificial bait to use,you must work it out.You start with the most common bait and if the result is encouraging then you keep enhancing it.
Q3.
Generally the food for some fish at a certain place will be predictable to the geography or resources available.Work out the what they prefer with experimental with your lure. The more closer to what they have been eating the better the result.
Q4.
When its a sand quarry, the predator will always have the upper hand. There aren’t many places to hide so usually the food source would not be anything big, therefor by using big lures wouldn’t fair much. When its deep, the biggest fish would be stalking nearby with the small sized foodsource, preying at the smaller sized fish of its same kind or other species found in the lake. The artificial bait that resembled the closest to the fish species found in the lake will be the best bet and also use according to those average size most commonly caught. The quarry has less to support a population of good sized stock, with mostly under sized like 50percent,medium about 35 percent and 10percent for well over. The trophy could be 5percent or even less say 3percent.

1) What you’ll hear a lot of the pros saying is “match the hatch,” which means you want to match the color of the bait to the color of the water. Answers for your questions:

1) Dirty or murky; you want to get a dark-colored bait, brown, dark green, etc.
2) I’ve always had good success on something called a Devil’s Horse.
3) See above answer.
4) a rubber worm on a jig head and just bounce it along the bottom.
