It is always thrilling to see their eyes light up when they catch the big ones, particularly the kids who have only been exposed to a fishing lake,” he said.

The simple fact that customers keep coming back says a lot for the captains, according to Tom. “Their substantial fishing knowledge is a big draw, but it is more than that. Anglers are usually interested in what the captains and mates are doing and how they are working the bait. They will take time to answer all of our questions. They are professional, courteous, have a sense of humor, along with they sure know how to have a great time. Once you spend time on one of their boats you depart as their friend.”
