What are some things I need for my freshwater fish tank?

So I’m planning to change all the water in my fish tank and clean all the ornaments inside and the rocks.And refill it with freshwater all over again are they’re any pH pills or other stuff I need to be sure my fish are gonna be healthy and the water is gonna be nice for them?

They don’t need any “pH pills”. Most freshwater fish can tolerate a wide variety of pH, and trying to mess with your pH will only leaed to bad water quality.
Why do you want to redo your tank? If you do that you’ll lose all the beneficial bacteria that “eats” the harmful ammonia and nitrite. If you redo it, then you’ll have to cycle it for another month to establish that bacteria.

usually i don’t use one to test my water. ive had my tank for almost 4 years and yes i add water dechlorinater and aquarium salt and stress zyme with dual action live bacteria to help keep the biological filtration good. i don’t test my water and there still fine and healthy. i just had 6 baby guppies yesterday!!!
